1. Start a Dialogue

The first steps in the PSCS admissions process is to visit and start a dialogue about your student(s). Please call or email the PSCS Admissions Director and be prepared to tell us your child's name, age, current school, interests, and potential challenges.

2. Admissions Open House

Each fall we host an Open House where prospective families can meet alum, current students, and our staff, take some "classes," and tour PSCS.

3. Visitation Mornings

Visitation Mornings are usually scheduled in groups on a specific day of the week from 8:4o-11:25am. We consider these to be a critical part of our application process and we do occasionally schedule them outside of the regular admissions cycle. Email is the preferred way to schedule visits.

4. Early Enrollment for Siblings & Staff Families

Early sibling application due 11/22/17.
Early sibling decision letters sent 12/17/17.

5. Application & Fees (2018-19 school year)

Late application, project, $75 fee due 1/18/18.
Rolling admissions—fee and due date TBD.

6. Tuition Aid Application Due

Tuition Aid applications for the 2018-19 school year are due 1/20/2018 (via FACTS). Subjective data letters are also due 1/20/18. Please visit the Tuition Aid Info page before applying.

7. Applicant Visits & Parent Interviews

After we receieve an application, prospective students are then scheduled for a Full Day Visit throughout January/February 2018. We will then schedule Parent Interviews.

8. Decision Letters

After the applicant visit and parent interview, admission decision letters will be mailed home by 3/10/18. Tuition Aid decision letters will be sent home separately on or about the same date.

9. Contract & Deposit

Once a student has been offered admission and decides to join the PSCS community, an enrollment contract and deposit are due 3/30/18.
