PSCS documents the classes, activities, Seminars, and Community Time activities of our students on an official transcript.

A PSCS "portfolio" also includes course descriptions, individual course credit requirements, and comments on student trajectory through each course, as well as Narrative Reports from both facilitators and each student's Advisors, as well as student Self-Reflections.

Intensives and *completed* Independent Study projects may also be recorded on transcripts. Classes for which students do not earn Credit (C), or that have been dropped after each term’s deadline, will be displayed on transcripts with either Incomplete (INC) or No Credit (NC). No Credit is assigned if the student did not follow official PSCS protocol for dropping a class.

Students must also adhere to the PSCS Independent Study Process, and projects must be approved by both an Advisor and the Director of Program, in order to have them appropriately documented. Classes for which students do not earn Credit (C), or that have been dropped after each term’s deadline, will be displayed on transcripts with No Credit (NC).

PSCS is approved by the state of Washington to award a high school diploma to any student who meets the state graduation requirements as well as the PSCS specific graduation requirements .
