July 22-26 {full day camp} 9:30am-4pm

Spend a week immersed in some of the richest poetry and drama ever written in English! We’ll read plays out loud (no experience necessary), watch and compare scenes from film adaptations of the plays, and learn how to understand the unfamiliar language of it all. We’ll also read some of Shakespeare’s love poetry (sonnets), and experiment with writing some of our own.

Facilitator: Nic Warmenhoven
Open to: Middle & High School students entering grades 6-12
