DESCRIPTION:This camp will be an exploration of all things food-related: wh
 ere we get our food and what makes food taste good. Each day we will focus
  on one of the four basic factors that determine how food will taste: salt
 \, fat\, acid\, and heat—with our final day combining all four of those 
 factors into a delicious meal. The mornings will be spent learning about t
 he day’s focus and exploring where our food comes from. The afternoons w
 ill be spent learning basic kitchen safety\, knife skills\, cleaning\, tas
 ting\, experimenting\, and trying recipes that highlight the day’s focus
 . Participants will need to acquire their own copy of Samin Nosrat’s Sal
 t\, Fat\, Acid\, Heat: Mastering the Elements of Good Cooking. Full Day Ca
